Honesty in Negotiations There are many individuals who believe that he or she must do what it ever it takes to win, this is also true for negotiations. But as honest adults, with personal standards, one must focus on ethically correct actions that lead one to win. These activities involve planning and preparation. These are great tactics that can lead a professional to success while dealing with negotiations or management. There are many other ethically correct tactics that can lead a professional to reach their goals or objectives. Many times when negotiations become stressful or tough, one can easily choose the actions that will questions ones moral principles. Also, such circumstances can easily lead an individual to lye or practice deceptive tactics. Such practices can seem normal if one fails to recognize the difference between right or wrong. One must always remain ready to analyze the situation and tell the difference between right or wrong.
